The lane will be a be blend of best of Brighton together with national and international brands with a strong sense of the individual, ethical, and sustainable. The award winning owners of the Flint House restaurant, Brass Monkey artisan ice cream and Finisterre have started the firing gun and the vegetarian brands Plant Room and Vurger will open in early 2020.
