When surveyed about the main reason for visiting Brighton, 51% of respondents were visiting for shopping

Hanningtons Estate is already occupied by a fantastic range of independent and national retailers.

These include high quality jewellers such as Kellerwood, independent restaurants such as Riddle & Finns, Donatello and The Olive Grove, plus high street brands such as Kurt Geiger, The White Company, Blacks, Paloma, Bravissimo and Tiger.

The new Hanningtons Estate has been designed to both attract smaller, independent, fiercely individual brands and to provide larger stores fronting North Street for international stores, possibly new to Brighton.

We want to reflect the joyful eccentricity of Brighton itself, by creating a diverse and contemporary retail and leisure experience.
