North Street acts as an extension to the traditional East Street premium retail offer, a blend of lifestyle luxury homeware and fashion. This includes brands such as Habitat, The White Company, Oliver Bonas, Watches of Switzerland, Rituals and Hotel Chocolat.

Hanningtons Lane is a destination for independent brands looking for a location with bags of personality. Each and every unit is individually designed with unique features and elevations to create a truly inspiring place to be – green walls, original street art, external areas. The Lane will be a blend of ‘best of Brighton’ together with national and international brands with a strong sense of the individual, ethical and sustainable. The award-winning owners of Flint House restaurant, Brass Monkey artisan ice cream and Finisterre have started the firing gun and the vegetarian brands Plant Room and Vurger will open in early 2020.

Hanningtons Lane units have been fully fitted out so inspiring brands can focus on retailing. We want to reflect the joyful eccentricity of Brighton itself by creating a diverse and contemporary retail and leisure experience.
